Our call recording service is an optional feature on any of the Call Control products (Key Message, Key Locate and Key Finder) and is included with Key Direct.

Ideal if you need to make agreements or take detailed customer instructions over the phone.

All calls are recorded - even those where you don't answer. The calls are recorded from the moment the customer hears the automated greeting message. You can record calls you make and those you receive through one of our products.

You can access the recordings on the web site. Recordings can be kept for up to 30 days on the web site, and you can download the files for your own future reference.
