Key Direct is a FREE service where you are given a phone number to use as a single contact number.

Your Key Direct number can be targeted direct to a mobile phone or combination of landline and mobile.

  • Key Direct can be used on its own or added to the other flexible services from the call control range.

  • Call recording is provided as a standard feature and recorded calls may be listened to from your computer.

  • Key Direct is FREE to set up and there are no rental or call charges to pay.

  • PREMIUM RATE numbers are available for use with this service on request. These will generate revenue for you for each call received. Contact us about this and the ICSTIS rules which apply.
